Sunday 6-Pack: 2017 Week 11 Recap

Welcome to the Sunday 6-Pack where we crack open six of the tastiest stories in the NFL. We got Week 11 going in the AFC with Thursday Night Football. It was the Pittsburgh Steelers hosting the Tennessee Titans. While the Titans have an up and coming star at quarterback in Marcus Mariota, it was Big Ben showing that he is already a star and still is one of the top qb’s in the NFL. When all was said and done it was the Steelers rolling to the 40-17 win. We started Sunday on Bourbon Street as the New Orleans Saints were hosting the Washington Redskins. This game looked like the Skins had it wrapped up with a 15 point lead in the 4th quarter, but Brees and the boys rallied back to force the game into overtime. In OT, it was Mark Ingram marching the Saints down the field leading to the game winning chip shot field goal. Who Dat nation with the 34-31 victory. Our next tasty story took us to Minnesota as two NFC heavyweights were doing battle as the Vikings were hosting our Los Angeles Rams. As expected it was a defensive battle for most of the game until the Vikings pulled away late, destroying the Rams 24-7. Then it was out to the Big Apple as the New York Giants were hosting the Kansas City Chiefs. On paper this was expected to be a blowout, but as we’ve seen this year in the NFL anything is possible, except touchdowns. Even though there were only 21 points scored in total, it still took overtime to decide this one. And in the end it was the Giants who were victorious scoring the 12-9 win in overtime. Our next tasty story took us to Mexico City as the Oakland Raiders were hosting the New England Patriots. And just like in the United States,Tom Brady is the best quarterback in the universe no matter where he is. This was all Patriots start to finish with the Fighting BB’s easily coasting to the 33-8 win. We finish off this 6-Pack with some total fantasy domination. Help Casey and Dave crack open this super tasty Week 11 edition of the Sunday 6-Pack. We’re not the suits that talk football, we’re the dudes that know football!
